After training in Hotel Management, I gained broad work experience in an international context. My flexibility and compassionate character serve me well when crisis management skills are required. The client always comes first.
Ten years ago, a career change in industry to one of the leading telecommunication providers in Switzerland gave me the chance to specialize in organizational and personal development. Having completed the qualification for Coach/Supervisor, my keen interest in self-management and career planning lead to further study. In time, I fulfilled the requirements for a position as a Learning and Process Assistant for Management Competencies.
My core competencies include coaching in: Change Processes, Leadership, Competencies and Self-Management, Training Development and Realization, and Planning. I also conduct special courses in “Freeing Up Resources” and “Opposition”, subjects which are tangent to my thesis.
